Applications
Strictly control percentage of A and B when mixing, for vulcanization and properties will be affected unde rwrong ratio.
Time of vulcanization depends on manufacturing and thickness of products. It should be adjusted according to different situation.
Avoid mix products with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and tin, etc.These materials may affect or stop vulcanization.
Use of technology
This product is composed by A&B packages. Suggest using in percentage 1:1. Please mix A&B without air instaticmixing equipment. Make sure releasing air if there are bubbles when mixing. It is suggested that the curing temperature should be between 120℃ and 150℃, and the actual product design requirements should prevail.

18kg/barrel, standard plastic barrel, with special plastic bag inside.
192kg/barrel,the standard metal barrel,with special plastic bag inside.
Thenon-toxic,harmless,non-dangerous
This product is non-toxic and harmless.
Transport according to rules of non-dangerous goods. Avoid tumble and collision
with hard or sharp objects. Please store in water and damp-proof place at room
temperature ,keep ventilation, and avoid the direct sunlight.
Expiration:12months at room temperature. It will be better to finish the products within 6 months after open.
