WynPUF® XH-2619 PU Conventional foam

Product Description

WynPUF® XH-2619 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant for polyurethane flexible foam; it has medium potency used for middle density foam.

Key Features and Benefits：

• XH-2619 is medium efficient surfactant, with wide processing latitude.
• Though XH-2619 has medium efficiency, the foam from it has very small density difference in the slab stock foam.that's mean， the foamform it has  very  small density degree.
• Yields the foam with good breathability profile for all formulation over a wide range of silicone and tine catalyst levels. Suitable foam density from 20 kg/m3 to 40 kg/m3.
• Provides fine cell structure, thus imparts the foam with better handfeeling.

Typical properties：

• Appearance：Yellow or colorless clear liquid
• Viscosity at 25 °C：350-750 cst
• Density@25℃：1.02±0.02 g/cm3<
• Water content：<0.3%

Levels of Use (additive as supplied):  

WynPUF® XH-2619 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.

Package and storage stability：

• 200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC 
• WynPUF® XH-2619 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
