Product Description
WynPUF® XH-2910 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant for polyurethane flexible
foam.
Key Features and Benefits：
XH-2910 is low potency surfactant, with very wide processing latitude.
XH-2910 can be used for high density flexible foam, usually the density range is
90-150 kg/m3 Sometimes, it can be used in higher density foam system as co
surfactant.

Viscosity at 25C：10-50 cst
Density@25℃：1.03±0.02 g /cm3
Water content：<0.2%
Levels of Use (additive as supplied):
XH-2910 is recommended for Polyurethane flexible foam. The detail dosage in the
formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature
of the raw material and the machine conditions.
XH 2910 is used in higher density foam system, even the system contains cross linker,
because XH2910 has a very wide processing latitude, sometimes,it can be used in the
system which density is lower 90kg/m3 together with other higher potency
surfactant, for example XH 2902, XH 2619.
Package and storage stability：
200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC
XH-2910 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions
and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
