WynPUF® XH-2596 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant which is suitable for
flexible polyurethane foam production.
Key Features and Benefits：
XH-2596 is silicon carbon bond structure product, it can still keep stable when it’s
dissolved in water during the production;
XH-2595is a high potency surfactant, even in the 10 kg/m3 formulation, it can still
provide ideal stability, and emulsification, that’s mean , the foamer can produce
even as low as 10 kg/m3 foam with this surfactant.
Though XH-2596 is a high potency surfactant, it can also provide foam wide
processing latitude.
The foam with XH 2596 has lower permanent compression set .

Water content：<0.3%
Reflective index @25℃ :1.43-1.45
Levels of Use (additive as supplied):
WynPUF® XH-2596 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage
in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the
temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.
Package and storage stability：
200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC
WynPUF® XH-2596 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these
conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
