Latest Material Application Update: WynCoat® SL-7520 is a carbinol-terminated, primary hydroxyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane. As a reactive silicone modifier, it continues to expand its commercial applications in advanced coating industries. It chemically reacts with isocyanates, MDI, and polyols to form high-performance silicone-PU copolymers. The product effectively enhances the waterproofing, antifouling, lubricity, abrasion resistance, flexibility, and breathability of various resin systems.
In the Chinese domestic market, WynCoat® SL-7520 has two mature, high-demand application scenarios. First, it serves as a professional modifier for textile and synthetic leather resins. It significantly improves the waterproof and antifouling performance of finished products while maintaining excellent softness and air permeability, effectively avoiding the stiff handfeel caused by traditional additives. Second, it acts as a core raw material for high-performance UV resin synthesis, greatly improving the surface smoothness, scratch resistance, and weather durability of UV-curable coatings, inks, and adhesives.

It provides stable chemical reactivity and consistent batch-to-batch performance for industrial copolymerization and curing processes. Packaged in 200 kg steel drums with a 24-month sealed shelf life, it is a stable and cost-effective solution for mass production.
