Traditional solvent‑based handfeel modifiers release high VOCs during production and often result in stiff, plastic‑like tactility. SE‑7052 is formulated without organic solvents, APEO, or heavy metals, fully complying with EU REACH standards and the latest national environmental regulations, enabling cleaner production and easier compliance.

 

 

Powered by polyether‑modified silicone composite technology, SE‑7052 creates a cloud‑like soft, supple, and skin‑friendly finish that mimics the natural warmth of genuine leather. It eliminates the plastic feel of conventional products and provides a premium leather‑like touch.

 

 

It offers excellent compatibility with waterborne polyurethane, acrylic, and other mainstream coating systems, and can be applied directly via spray, roller, or dip coating without modifying existing production lines. The recommended dosage is 3%–8%, balancing outstanding performance and cost efficiency.

 

 

SE‑7052 delivers stable durability including excellent dry/wet rub resistance and aging resistance. It is widely suitable for synthetic leather used in footwear, apparel, bags, home furnishings, and automotive interiors. The product has been verified in mass production and highly recognized by synthetic leather manufacturers.
