Silicone Surfactant For Flexible Foam

Product Description:
WynPUF^® XH-2591 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant, designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure in polyurethane flexible foam.

• XH-2591 has very high potency, suitable for low density foam.
• XH-2591 can help to produce fine and regular cell structure.
• XH-2591 has excellent foam stability, usually it’s recommended to produce very low density foam, the density is below 12 kg/m3, sometimes, even to 6kgs/m3.
• XH-2591 can minimize the density difference even in the very low density foam.

Typical properties:
Appearance：straw-color clear liquid
Viscosity at 25°C：900-1500 cst 
Density@25℃：1.03±0.02 g/cm³
Water content：<0.2%

Levels of Use (additive as supplied):  
XH-2591 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.

Package and storage stability:
200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC 
XH-2591 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
