WynCoat SL-3254 Hydrolysis-Resistant Wetting Agent
Ideal additive for glove coating: powerful wetting, excellent hydrolysis resistance and reliable performance.
Poor wetting, craters, pinholes and additive failure under acid and alkaline conditions are major issues that ruin appearance and production stability in glove coating manufacturing.
To address these industry pain points, Hangzhou Topwin has developed WynCoat SL-3254, a modified polyether siloxane copolymer specially designed for water-based glove coating systems. It features strong substrate wetting and outstanding hydrolysis resistance, serving as a dependable solution for stable coating quality.
Powerful Wetting for Uniform Coating
As a water-based silicone surfactant, WynCoat SL-3254 greatly reduces surface tension of the system. It spreads and penetrates glove substrates rapidly, effectively eliminating poor wetting, craters, pinholes and uneven leveling. The final coating features uniform texture and stronger adhesion.
Excellent Hydrolysis Resistance Across Wide pH Range
This product maintains superior hydrolysis resistance within pH 6–10. Field tests for glove coatings show stable performance for 8 days in acidic environment (pH 4), and negligible performance degradation for 8 days in alkaline environment (pH 9–10). It resists failure under harsh acid and alkaline working conditions and ensures consistent mass production.
High Activity, Low Dosage & Cost-Effective
- Active content: ≥98%
- Recommended dosage: 0.2–1.0%
A small addition delivers remarkable wetting and leveling effects. It helps cut costs and boost efficiency, perfectly suitable for large-scale continuous glove coating production.
