Description: The release agent is designed for car headliners and other interior decorations. With the increasing emphasis on car ride comfort, the use of PU foam materials in car interior parts, such as car roofs and door trims, has become more common. Particularly for wet PU composite laminates, an effective release agent translates to higher production efficiency.  A water-based release agent developed by our company is primarily used for releasing PU laminates in applications like roof, side wall, pillar decorative panels, front top lining, door lining, rear top frame decorative panels, rearview mirror frames, luggage covers, and mudguards. It meets the stringent VOC requirements of domestic automobile factories and has been tested and approved by professional testing organizations. It offers a high dilution ratio, high solid content, and excellent cost performance, making it a viable replacement for similar imported products.


  1. Apply uniformly using cloth, a pressure spray gun (recommended for best results), or immersion.
  2. Use a dry cloth to evenly distribute on the mold surface if possible.
  3. Repeat step 1 and apply once for the first application. (It is advisable to initially spray the diluted release liquid several times when using it for the first time. Subsequently, only a small amount needs to be sprayed evenly to maintain excellent release performance. Using a spray gun with a 0.5~0.8mm caliber is recommended for optimal results; pressure should be tested and adjusted, typically around 0.5mPa.)
  4. Spray evenly from a distance of 15~20cm from the mold surface.
  5. After spraying, check the mold surface's dryness visually after 30~50 seconds if the mold temperature is below 100℃. If watermarks are still visible, use an air pressure device to blow them away with an air gun until they disappear. If the mold temperature exceeds 130℃, it can be demolded in approximately 30 seconds after spraying.

Mold Cleaning: Before using the mold release agent for molding, ensure thorough mold cleaning to remove any previous residual mold release agent, grease, or other mold contaminants that could cause chemical reactions or uneven mold isolation, affecting the demolding effect of the release agent.

  1. If the mold is still hot from previous use, immerse it in an industrial-grade mold cleaning solution.
  2. Use wooden tools to remove specific contaminants. Avoid using metal tools, as they can damage the mold and may dissolve in alkaline solutions.
  3. After rinsing with water, use an air gun or similar tools to clean the mold thoroughly. Verify that the mold is entirely clean.
